The Saratoga Foothill Club Historic Landmark Foundation (SFCHLF) has created the Legacy Circle to enable donors to make bequests in their estate plans to preserve the historic Julia Morgan-designed Saratoga Foothill Clubhouse. All funds will be earmarked for the preservation and restoration of the clubhouse building and grounds.
Donors work directly with their own attorney or financial advisor using the information below:
- The Saratoga Foothill Club Historic Landmark Foundation is a California nonprofit entity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- The foundation’s tax identification number is 94-1107803.
- The Saratoga Foothill Clubhouse is located at 20399 Park Place, Saratoga, CA 95070.
- The mailing address of the foundation is: SFCHLF Treasurer, P.O. Box 2233, Saratoga, CA 95070.
- When the donor submits a letter of commitment to the foundation, she becomes a member of our planned giving program. There is no legal form to fill out, no declaration of what the gift is, and no copy of the bequest required. SFCHLF will send the donor a letter of acknowledgement.
Upon receiving a letter of commitment, the donor will be recognized as a member of the Legacy Circle in the SFCHLF Annual Report. A donor may choose to remain anonymous.
